Our Hybrid Circuit classes are designed to improve your overall fitness through structured, high effort training.
These sessions combine elements of circuit training and functional fitness, using resistance work, cardio and functional exercises to help you build strength, fitness and endurance.
Our Lifting Club sessions are structured weight training in a small group setting, with coaching throughout.
You will learn how to train properly, build strength and make consistent progress over time, without having to figure things out on your own.
Personal training provides tailored sessions based on your goals, with guidance and support throughout.
