Hybrid Fitness

A hybrid training gym in Durham focused on helping you build strength, improve your fitness and train with structure.


Based in Stanley, we work with members who want to train properly and make consistent progress over time. Our approach combines weight training, hybrid circuits and conditioning, with the flexibility to train independently or take part in structured sessions.

The Gym

We offer a clean, modern semi-private training space with 24 hour access, giving you the flexibility to train whenever it suits you.


With a mix of strength equipment, cardio machines and functional training space, you can train independently alongside our coached sessions without the feel of a busy commercial gym.

Our Hybrid Circuit classes are designed to improve your overall fitness through structured, high effort training.


These sessions combine elements of circuit training and functional fitness, using resistance work, cardio and functional exercises to help you build strength, fitness and endurance.
